Each outfit ordered on tamannaworld.com is made to order as per individual order, preferences, fit and sizing as well as in accordance to the measurements provided. We have a “No return No exchange” policy. Kindly be informed that Tamanna will not be able to refund or exchange any online sales at www.tamannaworld.com under any circumstances.

Please be aware that colours seen on a digital monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual. There will be a slight variation in the shade ordered by you and the actual result or physical order received. As pure silk, Handwoven fabrics and all other woven fabrics used by us have a tendency to reflect different shades of colour under different light and medium. Handcrafted products made by us are prone to very slight variations as compared to the image on the website. Handwoven fabrics are subject to availability and handmade differences in weaving or design.
However, our efforts will always be to meet your expectations, Provide a " what you see is what you get" service and thus avoid any misunderstanding or discrepancies. 

Colour Bleeding / Fading - We do not Guarantee the bleeding of colours/ fading in post wear care as most of the silks and fabrics are hand dyed. We strictly recommend "Dry clean Only" for all the products sold on our website

Embroidery - We don't guarantee the intactness of the beads or workmanship materials on our garments post delivery. As being fragile these handmade embroideries are subjected to wear and tear.

Stitching - We do all stitching based on measurements provided by the customer. We try to provide best fit and comfort in terms of sizing and applicability as per pattern for example : slim fit, regular fit, relaxed fit etc but accuracy of our stitched and altered pieces are subject to right measurements provided by the customer.
