  • How do I make a purchase? How do I place an order?
    • It is easy to place an order on www.tamannaworld.com
    • Browse the designer products by clicking on ‘Collection’ and decide what you'd like to purchase.
    • Once you have found an item you want to buy, select your size and click on the 'ADD TO BAG’ button next to each product.
    • Review the items in your shopping cart by clicking the 'BAG.' You can use the 'REMOVE' link to delete items from your shopping bag as well.
    • Click on ‘CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
  • Do I need to sign up for placing an order?

    Yes, you have to sign up to complete the order. You can also sign up through your Facebook or G+ account.

  • How can I check the status of my order?

    We will email you with the tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track the order with the tracking number.

  • Can I add items to an existing order?

    It is not possible to add items to an existing order if you have clicked on ‘CHECKOUT’. If you would like all your items to be delivered together, you will need to cancel your order(s) and place a new order which contains all the items.

  • How will I know that you have received my order & when will the payment be deducted?

    After you place your order with us, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from our end. The payment is deducted from your card immediately after you submit your card details and checkout. In the rare instance that any of the items you ordered is not available, we will contact you by email and will refund the value of the item.

  • What payment methods does Tamanna World accept?

    We accept net banking, credit and debit cards, cash cards, mobile payments & various wallets like Patym, etc.

  • Is it safe to use my Credit Card online at Tamanna World?

    Tamanna World gives high significance to security and we follow the best technical and management practices in the industry to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of data stored on our system. The Site encrypts your credit card number and other personal information using secure socket layer (SSL) technology for secure transmission of the information from your PC to our servers. In addition, only those employees and third parties who need access to your information in order to perform their duties are allowed such access. Our payment gateway partner is CCU, that is widely used across the county

  • How do I remove saved credit card details?

    We don’t save Credit Card details.

  • Does Tamanna World charge any taxes?

  • What are the Shipping Charges?

    Shipping is free in India and INR 2,500 flat rate charged for any amount/ number of pieces in a single order shipped internationally.

  • How does Tamanna World ship product?

    Our courier partners are DTDC, BLUEDART, FEDEX, MARUTI COURIER

  • How long will it take for me to receive the products?

    As most products from our site are custom made/ altered as per customer’s specifications or each time an order is placed the product if unavailable at our stores/warehouse, is newly made again. Hence, it requires us 3-4 business weeks on the higher side to deliver orders meeting our brand quality standards as customer needs. Products can arrive earlier or later than the prescribed time. In whichever case, this will be communicated by us to the customer at the time of order processing/dispatch.

  • Can my billing address & shipping address be different?

    Yes, the billing and shipping address can be different. You are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code/zip code.

  • Does Tamanna World ship to multiple addresses?

    One address per order. If customer wishes to send two different products to two different addresses. He must make two different purchases.

  • Can I change my shipping address after my orders has been dispatched?
    • We are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched at the given shipping address. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times. In case it’s an emergency please contact us at customercare@tamannaworld.com for assistance.
  • Is my package insured?

    All the Tamanna World’s items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from our warehouse to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.

    If your box is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for it that you are accepting a damaged box.

  • What packaging will my order be shipped in?

    Standard store packing along with courier partner safety packing. If complimentary gift wrapping needs to be done, a request can be dropped in at the time of placing the order.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes, we do ship outside at an additional cost.

  • Do you have cash on delivery option?

    Unfortunately, we don’t have Cash On Delivery option available at the moment. We request you to go through out return policies before placing the order.

  • What is Tamanna World’s return policy?

    Unfortunately, we don’t accept any returns, as the items are custom made. For more details, kindly visit the Return Policy section.

  • How can I cancel/change my order?

    No Cancellations and No Exchange. Changes to the same order can be entertained if its specific to sizing/length/sleeve length need and depending on possibility. We aim to fulfill most of customer needs but are bound by nature/design of the garment that limits us to making minor changes only.

  • What if I forget my password?

    Please click on ‘FORGOT PASSWORD’ on the ‘SIGN IN’ page and follow the instructions.

  • How do I change my Username, Email Address & Settings?

    You can go to ‘MY ACCOUNT’ to make the changes. In the ‘MY ACCOUNT’ section you can edit your name, contact number, shipping address, email address etc.

  • Is my personal information kept private?

    Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point we will rent or sell this.

  • What are cookies? Should I be worried about them?

    A cookie is a piece of information that is stored on your computer's hard drive by your web browser which tracks your movements within websites. We use cookies to keep track of how often you visit our website, the contents of your shopping bag, previous purchases and to deliver content specific to your interests. They are designed to assist your shopping and are therefore nothing to worry about.

  • Are the colors of products shown on the website accurate?

    No, due to the nature of fabrics like silk, colours like two tone, gold, silver, metallic colours etc that may have a slight variation when seen in physically and also, when seen in different lighting situations

  • Which size should I choose?

    Size guide has all details of how to choose size depending on the item like kurta/anarkali/blouse etc.

  • What if an item is sold out and I want to buy it?

    Call on the customer care number and if it is possible to remake a new one, we will help you place the order for it on our website.

  • Does Tamanna World have seasonal sales?

    Yes, we do have seasonal sale. Our clothing range is generally not too expensive and thus, our customers do not wait for the sale. For all the offers on the site, we shall Email the customers on the registered Email Address.
